Time
again for a ramblins so here goes. We had a very fun
shoot in October with 67 shooters. Scenarios were
by Fiddleback, and story lines were complements of
Fast Harley. Thanks guys for the hard work.
We had a cowboy yard sale that seemed to go over quite
well, we will have a few of these a year. You are
always welcome to bring in sale items and set up a
table at any shoot but it was fun to have an organized
event like the yard sale. I will ask anyone that brings
in sale items to use a table and not the tailgate
of your vehicle unless they park around bay one or
two. I don’t want vehicles past bay two except
to drop off gear; it really cuts into the cowboy atmosphere.
I got to see Last Kiss shoot her first clean match
and she also placed 3rd place over all. Great shoot
and congratulations Last Kiss.
We are looking for volunteers for the Smokey Mountain
Shoot-Out already, if you are interested in getting
involved get with Keystone or me and let us know where
you are interested in working.
Please remember to mark your shooting class on you
score sheets for Jim Mayo, also if you have a SDQ
or MDQ please mark down on score sheet what happened
to lead to a DQ.
Due to state and district matches coming up in the
next month Widowmaker will be setting up for the October
match and I think Ziggy is in charge of the November
set-up. Everyone please watch the forum for the announcements.
Due to those same shoots the new shooters class will
be canceled for October and November.
Thanks for the volunteers who helped with the Public
TV fund raiser. Marshal Andy always enjoys our help
and I think everyone had a good time. We participated
in the spring fund raiser and Marshal Andy said it
was the most they had raised in our market ever.

Days and Pleasant Night,
