Many of the regular SMSS cowboys and cowgirls missed the match to attend the memorial service for Donna Harris, wife of everybody’s good friend, Cactus Red. This dark cloud over SMSS included the unfortunate passing of Keystone’s mother. However, forty eight cowboys and cowgirls participated in the September match. Three new members joined the club, Moab Mab, Rambling Rascal and Scotsman Jim. Our club continues to grow.

Two first-time shooters participated: Moab Mab and Scotsman Jim. We hope you had a good time taking part in the best sport in the world and hope to see ya again soon (often).

Festus D. Deputy was again the top shooter again. Widowmaker again was close at his heels. The other top ten in order were Slater, Fast Harley, Purly, Yankee Dutchman, Long Gulch, Tucson Tuco, Last Kiss and El Carrera.

Last Kiss was the lady top gun followed by Roma Jane, Deadeye Diamond, Feather Dancer, Cookie Lynn, Moab Mab and Shortcake.
