Saturday turned out to be a beautiful day at the range with quite a few of you there to shoot and help out in a bad situation. Thanks to Gray Duck, Ranger Z and NO Mornings for taking up any slack we had. El Carrera as always did a great job with set up and over all Range Officer.

As most of you all know Cactus Reds wife passed away last week very unexpectedly. Donna was a wonderful lady that will be missed by us all that knew her. Donna and Cactus’s daughter shot with us a few times, Ms Katiedid, and Cactus is Kenesaw’s nephew. There was a large contingency of cowboys and girls that attended the service in full cowboy attire. Cactus wanted to send his thanks for all the support he and Katie have received from his cowboy family.

The bullet order went in this week but if anyone needs something let me know and I will see if we can add it on.

I hope everyone can make it to the October shoot next month. I have been informed that IDPA had more shooters this month then we did and I would hate to see that trend continue unless IDPA keep growing and so do we. I understand there are quite a few cowboys shooting IDPA which is great and I wish Mike the best of luck in his clubs rapid growth.

I don’t have much more to report except to watch the forum for updates and news. Lady Tombstone and I are off the Vegas for a few days to be in the wedding of a fellow cowboy who had not shot with us in quite a while, Dixie Werewolf. Join me in wishing Jeff and Lisa good luck in their new life together.
