The Cowboy Emporium is the central gathering spot for cowboys and cowgirls! Here you can visit with old pards, meet new pards, shop the Vendors’ wares, or just sit and relax after a hard day on The Range.

A Smoky Mountain Shoot-Out Information Booth is located here (as well as on The Range) to help shoot participants, and answer any questions that may come up.

Shooter Sign-In is located at The Cowboy Emporium on Thursday from 9am to 9pm.
The Vendor area opens for shopping (to the public and to Shoot-Out participants) Thursday at 12 Noon.

The Cowboy Emporium is open to the public Thursday from Noon to 5pm and Friday and Saturday from 9am until 5pm.

A Cash Bar is available to Shoot-Out participants from 6pm until 9pm each evening (Thursday, Friday, and Saturday).

The Shooters’ and Vendors’ Reception is Friday night from 6pm to 9pm and includes the
presentation of Side Match Awards and Door Prize Drawings. You must be present to win any Door Prize drawings. Entertainment is provided during the reception.

The Awards Reception is Saturday night from 6pm to 7pm. Entertainment is provided during the evening’s events. Dinner begins at 7pm. The Awards Presentation is during the dinner and begins at approximately 8pm. Those who do not attend the Awards Dinner may re-join the crowd at 8pm. The Boy Scout Troop will be auctioning off the brass from the match at approximately 8:30pm. All proceeds from this auction go to the Boy Scout Troop.
