9am–9pm Regular Shooter Sign-In
Noon–5pm Open to shooters and the public
5pm–9pm Open to shooters and their guests only
6pm–9pm Cash bar available.

The Range (Oak Ridge Sportsmen’s Association):
9am–Noon Side Matches
Noon–1pm Lunch Break
1pm–4pm Side Matches

The Range (Oak Ridge Sportsmen’s Association):
7am–8am Final Shooter Sign-In
8am Welcome and Safety Meeting. Attendance at this meeting is mandatory for
all shooters on posses 1–10.
8:00am–Noon Main Match Posses 1–10 (Stages 1–5)
12 Noon Welcome and Safety Meeting. Attendance at this meeting is mandatory for all shooters on posses 11–20, unless shooter attended 8am Safety Meeting.
12:30pm–4pm Main Match Posses 11–20 (Stages 1–5)

The Cowboy Emporium (Oak Ridge Civic Center):
9am–5pm Open to shooters and the public
5pm–9pm Open to shooters and their guests only
6pm–9pm Shooters’ and Vendors’ Reception with cash bar available
6:30pm Presentation of Side Match awards and Door Prize Drawings
(you must be present to win.)
